Some quotations can't be translated without losing part of their meaning. With some phrases translation is almost impossible. I think it would be interesting to share such quotes with each other. I hope some of us can remember something better than "to be or not to be ..."

About books and authurs (from Peter Heg's being interviewed)
And it’s important to remember that because books seem so real, but being an author I know, very often I just have three bricks and then maybe I can make them look like a house, but there’s no house there are just three bricks been seen from the right angle.

Of course the classic short story just in 6 words by Hemingway: "For sale: baby shoes, never worn." It`s so sad and I almost ready to cry when I am reading this and thinking about it`s meanings.
I like that short stories a lot so let it be just more:
