This is copy» below which the number of the copy is printed in a much larger font. This is followed by the signatures of Michael Swanwick (the introducer), John Pelan (the editor and author of the afterword), and Jacob McMurray (the cover designer).

The price is not stated in the book. Copies from the publisher came shrink-wrapped with a sticker on the back printing the barcoded ISBN and the price of $100.00. There was also a sticker printing the number of the copy.

The publisher later dropped the price to $60.00 for direct sales. After the signed, numbered copies were sold, they offered the remaining unsigned copies for $45.00.
